GREAT DECISIONS 2025
Mondays at 7:00 pm starting January 27
After a tumultuous election season, we face a new second-term U.S. President and a new Congress, all under one political party's umbrella. What does this potentially historic shift mean for U.S. foreign policy and key relationships with China, Europe, the Middle East and the Global South? How will policies and funding surrounding the economy and climate change be affected? What role will artificial intelligence play in this shrinking planet's security landscape?
Join HSLC's weekly discussion group using Great Decisions 2025 from the non-partisan Foreign Policy Association (FPA) on Monday nights starting January 27, 2025, at 7:00 pm. Each meeting at the church includes 90 minutes of large and small group discussion and presentations. The church has purchased 30 copies of FPA's briefing books which will be available for a discounted price ($25) on a first-come, first-served basis, or you can self-order a paperback version (available here) or an e-version, usually available through Amazon Kindle or Apple.
