Sounds@Spirit Concert Series - suspended

Holy Spirit has hosted a concert series featuring a wide variety of community musical groups and soloists, many with direct ties to the congregation. All events were intentionally kid-friendly, and were geared to be a gift to the local community. Concerts were free, nursery care was available, and events lasted approximately an hour. Unfortunately, these have ceased due to the Covid pandemic of 2020. Our last concert event was September 2019, when the Watoto Children’s Choir presented music in the sanctuary.  To learn more about the Watoto Children’s Choir, visit their website.

CD’s by HSLC musicians

Musicians at Holy Spirit have self-produced several full length CDs. Designed as a method to connect to worship when away from the church building, recordings have also served as fundraisers for the music program and other ministries of the church. Recordings have included Spirit Songs, Christmas Spirit, live recordings of the Dueling Pianos concerts with Arief Abraham and John Sparkman, Contemplative Spirits for the community’s 2018 Lenten journey, and live recordings of 2019’s Lenten concert The Journey Inward with Lisa Hedley and John Sparkman.
