NURSERY ATTENDANT

Do you love working with children? Do you want to nurture and spend time with our littlest church members? Our nursery staff is looking for a few additional team members. Shifts vary, but may include Sunday mornings, Wednesday evenings, and/or Thursday mornings during the school year from 9:30 am – 12:00 pm. We are especially in need of Thursday morning help during our Mom’s Midweek Ministry program. Other weeknight and weekend hours and shifts vary and are scheduled monthly based on the church calendar. Part-Time Preschool Teacher

Have experience working in an early childhood education setting? Love putting your creative, compassionate, collaborative gifts to use? Holy Spirit Lutheran Preschool, a play-based, faith filled early learning school, is in search of teachers for the upcoming school year. This position is 4 days a week and up to 20 hours a week, beginning August 2024. Wage scale: minimum wage to $19.00/hour. Benefits: paid sick time and continuing education. Teacher responsibilities include working with the lead teacher to meet the health, safety, and developmental needs of children in their care. Supporting the lead teacher in carrying out the daily classroom routine and activities. The suitable candidate will have proven early childhood development experience/skills, a desire to support children’s social and academic readiness, and love working with children. Benefits: paid sick time.

Substitute teacher responsibilities include working with the teachers to meet the health, safety, and developmental needs of children in their care, and supporting the lead teacher in carrying out the daily classroom routine and activities. The suitable candidate will have proven early childhood development experience/skills, a desire to support children’s social and academic readiness, and love working with children.
