Call us seniors whatever you like – but we are active, engaged, and a part of the history and the future of HSLC. Jack and Deirdre Staudt are leading this program. The program times will vary, but our time to gather will generally be on the 3rd Tuesday of the month, from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm in the Fellowship Hall. Use the button below to send an e-mail to the office and be added to the e-mail distribution list. Friendly conversation will be ongoing as always. Feel free to invite your neighbors! Volunteers to help organize game days and events are needed.

P.S. We will not define the term “Senior” with a number. If you are old enough to get AARP info, and enjoy Senior Discount Days, join us!

Visit to Way of the Bird King Troll and the Nordic Museum in Ballard

Tuesday, May 21st from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm

We are planning an outing to see the Way of the Bird King troll and the current exhibits at the Nordic Museum in Ballard on May 21st.

We plan to leave the church at 11:00 am and return around 3:00 pm. Admission to the museum is $16 for seniors, although there is financial assistance available from HSLC. Tickets would be purchased by participants at the door. We'll have time for lunch, either before touring the museum or afterwards, in the museum. This will not be a guided tour.

There is room for 15 people in the two City of Kirkland vans which Jack and Deirdre are borrowing, so please RSVP below since space on the vans is limited. Carpooling is also an option.
